What you give us

If you fill in our contact or demo-request form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and whatever message you write. That's it.

What we collect automatically

Like almost every website, our servers log basic technical data: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and roughly when. We may also use a simple analytics tool (such as Google Analytics) that shows us aggregated traffic, how many people visited, which pages are popular, and so on. This data is not linked back to you personally.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use what you share with us for three straightforward purposes:

To keep the website running securely and understand how it is being used in aggregate.

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you equivalent rights and you may complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA.

We will respond to all valid requests within 30 days.

10. Children

Our website and services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us at grievance@rockfort.ai and we will delete it promptly.
